BOOKING POLICY

• Please read before you book.

• All deposits and services that have been carried out are NON-refundable & NON-transferable. But if you are not 100% satisfied with our service please let us know.

• A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure an appointment. The deposit will go towards the total of the service the day of.

• Deposit is non-refundable.

• If you change your mind and decide to cancel your appointment for any reason you will lose your deposit. Please only book if you are 100% certain.

• If you no show or decide to cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service total.

• If you decide to reschedule less than 24 hours or on the day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service total.

• If you need to reschedule please give us at least 24 hour notice to avoid the rescheduling fee.
